Cold front to blow into west central Minnesota tonight

WILLMAR -- Unusually mild weather will continue into the afternoon today in west central Minnesota, with the possibility of temperatures reaching 40 degrees under sunny skies.

A strong cold front will arrive this evening, with blustery winds and dropping temperatures. The National Weather Service is forecasting a northwest wind of 13 to 21 miles per hour, with gusts up to 29 miles per hour tonight. Temperatures will drop to two degrees during the night.

Continued cool and blustery on Saturday with a high of 11 degrees, but a slow warming is forecast with the possibility of reaching 30 degrees on Monday.
