Colder today and Wednesday, overnight frost likely

WILLMAR -- A northerly flow of air across the upper Midwest region will keep high temperatures today and Wednesday in the middle to upper 40s.

The National Weather Service expects light rain, and possibly snow flurries, across central Minnesota and west central Wisconsin today and overnight.

The NWS local forecast for Willmar calls for the overnight low of 29 degrees tonight and Wednesday night, with highs on Wednesday around 44 degrees with north winds between 8 and 13 mph.

The high temperatures will rebound somewhat for the weekend, with mostly sunny skies and a high around 57 Friday and a high around 56 on Saturday.
