College Volleyball: Warriors 3-1 at Wahpeton

WAHPETON, N.D. -- The Ridgewater Lady Warriors swept three opponents 3-0 while falling to Williston State College 3-1 at the North Dakota State College of Science Invitational Friday and Saturday.

The Lady Warriors drilled Dawson Community College, Bismarck State and Lake Region State College in straight games.

The Willmar college will host the Cyclones of St. Cloud Technical College on Wednesday. The Lady Warriors are pursuing a No. 1 seed in the Region 13 Tournament, which it would then get to host the tourney.

Kesley Stommes supplied 39 kills and Alex Horton served 43 times with 17 going for aces for Ridgewater.
