The Warriors, now 4-1 overall, won 25-13, 25-13, 25-22.

Ridgewater launched a balanced attack. Kelci Viesselman led the Warriors with 9 kills. Tiffani Karbo, Cassie Ziemer, Brittany Nissen, Alex Horton and Kelsey Stommes all had 5.

Karbo also had 23 set assists and Stommes and Ziemer both blocked two shots. Taylor Sharpe had 13 digs.

"I was very pleased with how we played in our first road match of the year," said Warriors head coach Joe Sussenguth. "We established the tempo and were able to maintain our style of play the entire match."

Ridgewater's already solid offensive attack has the potential to become even better, Sussenguth said.

"With time our offense will become more efficient, but we didn't make many mistakes and our aggressiveness contributed to the errors that (Fergus Falls) made."

The Warriors play next at Rochester at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
