College Wrestling: Peterson wins title at Ridgewater Open

Petersen, a sophomore from rural Lakeville, decisioned Trae Story of St. Cloud State 8-2, pinned Jerrad Nieland of North Dakota State in 59 seconds and majored Luke Belich of St. Cloud State 8-3.
Petersen was a state champion (AAA) for Lake ville South at 215 pounds in 2011. In 2012, Zane’s younger brother Tommy won the 215-pound title beating Story, from Roseville Area, in the championship match.
