Little Crow Archery Club -- The Little Crow Archers will be starting their 3-D League, which will run 8 a.m.-noon on Saturdays or 6 p.m. to dusk on Wednesdays from March 25-May 2. The fee is $36 per person. All competitions will be held at the outdoor range located at 16952 118th St. NW, Sun-burg. The club's annual awards banquet will be held May 2 at noon.

Greenwing Fun Day -- The Little Crow Chapter of Ducks Unlimited will host Greenwing Fun Day for children through 17 years of age Saturday, May 2. The event runs from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center. Learn about the outdoors, conservation, heritage and the environment. Tickets cost $15, which includes a lunch, DU Greenwing membership, materials and prizes. For more information, call Jim Lohn at (320) 354-4561 or email nlohn@wmu.willmar.mn.us.

Sibley State Park

The Interpretive Center is open daily. All Sibley State park programs are lead by the park naturalist or visiting expert. They are at the Interpretive Cen-ter and are free unless otherwise noted. A vehicle permit is required to enter the park and they are available at the park office. For more information call 354-2002.

Bird watching walk: 8:30 a.m. Saturday, April 25, May 2 and 9. The naturalist lead walk to various habitats to observe birds. Binoculars and a bird book are recommend and some will be available for use.

Eastern bluebirds conservation tips: 2 p.m. April 25-26. Come see the once rare and beautiful eastern bluebird and find out what you can do to help it survive and thrive.

DNR fish hatchery tour: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 2. A tour of the fish hatchery in New London will leave from the interpretive center by personal auto. A DNR fisheries employee will help you examine walleye egg stripping, incubation, hatching, fry rearing and stocking.

Fish features and facts: 2 p.m. May 2-3. We will examine fish parts, fish life, and Minnesota fish facts along with playing the Fish Facts Quiz. This is a kids/parents program.

Woodland wildflower walk: 2 p.m., May 9-10. Following a presentation, participants will take a short drive and take a short walk to experience Sibley's wildflowers. Vehicles needed.

Pondview trail walk: 10 a.m. Saturday, May 16. Explore the wetland bird life, insect eating plants, dragonflies and why wetlands are important for people too during this talk and walk.

Loon, Minnesota's state bird: 2 p.m. May 16-17. Have you heard the "wail" of the loon and wished you knew more about Minnesota's state bird? Discover the calls of the loon, its habitat, food requirements and family life.
