Youth Wood Duck Box Building Day -- The annual Praire Pothole Chapter youth wood duck box building day will be from 9 a.m.-noon, Saturday, March 1, at the Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center west of Spicer. The cost is $15 per box and a predator guard, wood shavings, poles and all mounting hardware are included. Limit two boxes per family. The Interpretive Center is open daily. All Sibley State park programs are lead by the park naturalist or visiting expert. They are at the Interpretive Center and are free unless otherwise noted. A vehicle permit is required to enter the park and they are available at the park office.
