Construction delays expect on Highway 19 between Marshall and Redwood Falls

WILLMAR -- Motorists will encounter delays on state Highway 19 from Marshall to Redwood Falls as crews perform a seal coat project. The project is expected to conclude today, weather permitting, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
