Email

WILLMAR -- Court action has been delayed once again in the case of Delbert Edwin Huber, 81, the rural Paynesville man indicted on first-degree murder charges.

District Judge Michael J. Thompson delayed today's omnibus hearing in the case and set a new date of April 12. The judge directed Huber -- who currently has no defense attorney -- to be prepared to represent himself at that time or hire defense counsel.
