MAYNARD - Icy roads may be to blame for a two-vehicle accident that happened last night near Maynard that injured four people, including an infant.

According to the state patrol, Seth Pasco, 22, of Brookings, S.D. was going north on state Highway 23 when he lost control of the 1994 Toyota Camry he was driving.

The car collided with a 1993 Chevrolet sport van driven by Cory Dandurland, 29, of Ivanhoe, who was going south on Highway 23.

Both drivers sustained minor injuries.

Dandurland's one-year old daughter, Mia, was taken to the Granite Falls Hospital and treated for unknown injuries. Another passenger in the van, Amanda Callahan, 23, of Pillager, had minor injuries.

The accident was reported at 8:12 p.m. Road conditions were icy at the time, according to the state patrol.
