Utilities General Manager Wesley Hompe said both the south tower and north tower should be back on line by the end of today.

The technicians had been in Willmar Oct. 16 and 17 to repair an oil leak and to correct numerous small maintenance deficiencies in the north tower. Hompe said the north tower was fully operational when technicians left Oct. 17.

Technicians returned the week of Oct. 22 to verify repairs and re-inspect both the north tower and south tower. Both are located just north of Willmar High School.
