Culvert replacement on Highway 4 near Hector, Minn., complete

WILLMAR -- Motorists will no longer experience detours on state Highway 4 near Hector as crews have completed culvert and tile replacements.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation said in a news release that the detour will be removed this afternoon.
