Cut cable leaves Appleton without Qwest Telephone service

APPLETON -- A cut cable has left the City of Appleton without Qwest telephone service through most of the day on Wednesday.

A representative from Qwest informed the city of the cut cable and said they are working on restoring service, according to information from the City of Appleton. No information was provided by Qwest on when service might be restored.
