Dangerous wind chills in store today, Tuesday

WILLMAR — Sub-zero temperatures and northwest winds of 10 to 15 mph will combine to create dangerous wind chills today and into Tuesday.

The National Weather Service in Chanhassen issued a wind chill warning Sunday night that is expected to remain in effect until 9 a.m. Tuesday.
