Jill DeGroot and Tyler Anderson, both of Bellflower, Calif., are engaged to be married Feb. 14 at Unity Christian Reformed Church in Prinsburg.

DeGroot is the daughter of Bryan and SueDeGroot of Prinsburg.
She graduated from Central MinnesotaChristian School inPrinsburg in 2001 and from North Central University in Minneapolis in 2007 with a degree in elementary education. She is employed as a physical education teacher by Lakewood Christian School in Lakewood, Calif.
Anderson is the sonof Steve and CathyAnderson of Bellflower.
He graduated from Brethren Christian High School in Huntington Beach, Calif., in 2002. He is employed as a senior programmer analyst by the Orange County Water District in Bellflower.
