The company plans to offer about 160 employees in Minnesota the opportunity to transfer to Atlanta, then open up remaining positions to others later this year.

The headquarters jobs are in areas such as marketing, finance, advertising, human resources and distribution.

Alhough the headquarters will move to Atlanta, company officials say hundreds of employees in reservations, information technology and outside sales will remain in Minneapolis; Minot, N.D. and elsewhere.
