The summer art project "Kaffe-Café-Kahwa"-- 20 mugs decorated by area artists -- will be unveiled at 5 p.m. today in front of Bethel Lutheran Church in downtown Willmar, during the Downtown Block Party activities for Willmar Fests.

Voting for the people's choice award will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
