Difficult driving conditions remain in west central Minn.

WILLMAR – Roads this morning in west central Minnesota remain in difficult driving condition.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation’s 511 traffic and road conditions website describes blowing and drifting snow, creating icy patches in the region.

Light snow has been falling this morning. It will diminish through the day as the winter storm warning, which includes the Willmar area, ends at noon. The winter weather advisory for far western Minnesota also ends at noon.
