Dikken -- Weidemann

Christi Dikken and Jon Weidemann, both of Pierre, S.D., are engaged to be married May 9 at Ebenezer Presbyterian Church in Renville.

Dikken is the daughter of Jeff and Jane Dikken of Renville.

She graduated in 2005 from Renville County West High School in Renville and in 2006 from Southeast Technical Institute in office systems technology. She is employed as office manager/benefits coordinator by Butler Machinery.

Weidemann is the son of Jim and Maureen Weidemann of Belview.

He graduated in 2003 from Renville County West High School and in 2007 from South Dakota State University in Brookings with a degree in agriculture and biosystems engineering. He is employed as an agricultural engineer by the Natural Resources Conservation Service.
