He was also ordered to cooperate with agents from the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and serve 69 days in jail, with credit for 69 days already served.

As part of a plea agreement, another felony for aggravated forgery was dismissed.

Martinez-Discua is also known as Jose David Sanchez-Aponte and Rolando Rios-Navarro.

The charges were filed after Willmar police received information in March from the federal Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement that Martinez-Discua had been arrested for having a Minnesota driver's license in the Rios name and a Minnesota identification card in the Sanchez name.

In October, a detective was assigned to follow up on the case. Information from the state Department of Vehicle Services showed that an application for a driver's license was made in January 2006 in the Rios name, and that photos of all three men appeared to be the same person. The Aponte name had been used in June 2005 for an ID application, which was accompanied by a Social Security card and a Puerto Rican birth certificate.

- John Allan Van Zee, 38, of Lake Lillian, made his first appearance Monday on felony charges of fifth-degree drug possession and domestic assault.

Unconditional bail was set at $10,000 and conditional bail at $1,000. His next appearance is Dec. 29.

According to the complaint, a Kandiyohi County Sheriff's deputy was called around 7 p.m. Saturday to a rural Lake Lillian home on a domestic. A woman there said she had slapped a child's hand as discipline for squabbling with another child. She said that Van Zee woke up, yelled and screamed at her and then grabbed her by the hair and took her to the ground.

Van Zee claimed he was sleeping during the incident. Another man said he witnessed the couple arguing and that Van Zee had grabbed the woman by the hair. Van Zee was arrested and taken to jail. A search of his clothing revealed four baggies containing a white, powdery substance that tested positive as methamphetamine.

A review of his criminal history includes convictions in Kandiyohi County in October 2003 and Renville County in December 2000 for domestic assault.
