n Julio Cesar Martinez-Discua, 35, of Willmar, was sentenced Monday to a year and a day in prison, which was stayed, a $50 fine and five years of probation on a felony charge of forgery.
He was also ordered to cooperate with agents from the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and serve 69 days in jail, with credit for 69 days already served.
As part of a plea agreement, another felony for aggravated forgery was dismissed.
