Robledo was arrested Friday evening in Willmar during a traffic stop for driving while impaired and possession of more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

According to the complaint on the domestic charge, a Kandiyohi County Sheriff's deputy was dispatched around 4:30 a.m. Oct. 9 to a home in Kandiyohi on a domestic. A woman there said Robledo assaulted her with a belt, pushed over a dresser onto her ankle and threw an alarm clock at her after they argued when he arrived home at 4 a.m.

He has prior qualified domestic assault convictions including one in January 2005 for violating a no contact order and in November 2004 on a misdemeanor domestic assault charge.
