According to the complaint, a Willmar police officer on patrol around 1:30 a.m. Aug. 21 observed a vehicle cross the centerline and drive over the curb. The officer stopped the vehicle near U.S. Highway 12 and state Highway 40.

The driver turned over instruction permit in the Salias name. There were open containers in the backseat and passengers who appeared intoxicated. The driver said he drank no alcohol and front seat passenger was giggling noticeably but denied drinking alcohol. The driver was given a breath test and arrested.

The officer was informed by dispatch that Salias was listed as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 175 lbs. The man in custody was 6 feet tall and over 200 lbs. Records also showed that Salias was in jail in San Antonio, Texas, on a probation violation.

The prints given by Vallecillo came back under the identity of Garcia. Vallecillo claimed to have never been arrested and claimed his name was Garcia. During the booking process for driving while impaired, Vallecillo admitted to his real name.

During a later interviewed, Vallecillo allegedly admitted he had a driver's permit in the Salias name for two years, that he signed the form to get the permit and that neither of the aliases were his real name.

His next appearance is Sept. 22.
