HANLEY FALLS -- Dorothy Harris, 93, of Hanley Falls, died Wednesday in Cheyenne, Wyo.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Yellow Medicine Lutheran Church in Hanley Falls. Burial will be in East Yellow Medicine Lutheran Cemetery, Hanley Falls.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Yellow Medicine Lutheran Church with a prayer service at 6 p.m. in Hanley Falls. Arrangements are with Lynner Funeral Home in Clarkfield.
She was born Sept. 18, 1914, in Lehigh, Iowa, to Frank and Anna Brock. She grew up in Hazel Run and graduated from Clarkfield High School.
She married Stanley Harris in 1936 and they lived in Hanley Falls. She was a member of Yellow Medicine Lutheran Church and the ladies aid, Bible study, quilting group and was a Sunday school teacher. She belonged to the ladies auxiliary, study club, homemakers and the senior citizens group.
She is survived by one daughter: Linda (and Gale) Anderson of Cheyenne, Wyo.; one daughter-in-law: Kerri Harris of Laguna Niguel, Calif., nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one sister: Virginia Brantman of Kansas City, Kan.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one son: Denny; one sister; and one brother.
