Downs -- Hofstad
Nicole Downs of Lake Elmo and Chris Hofstad of New London are engaged to be married May 7 in North St. Paul.

Downs is the daughter of Jeff and Marilyn Downs of Lake Elmo.
She is a graduate of Stillwater High School and the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is pursuing a teaching license.
Hofstad is the son of Willard and Louise Hofstad of New London.
He is a graduate of New London-Spicer High School in New London and Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall with a bachelor's degree in business management. He is employed by Menards in Willmar as first assistant general manager.
