OLIVIA - Dr. Paul Thompson, age 69, of Olivia, died Tuesday at his home from injuries due to an accident.

Service: 11 a.m. on Monday at Cross Of Calvary Lutheran Church in Olivia.

Visitation is from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Dirks-Blem Funeral Home in Olivia and for one hour prior to the service at the church.
