Unconditional bail was set at $50,000 for Justin Paul Nelson, with conditional bail allowed for $1,000. His next appearance in Kandiyohi County District Court is Feb. 22.

According to the complaint, as part of the ongoing investigation into meth sales in the Willmar area, CEE-VI Drug Task Force agents had contact with a confidential informant who arranged the purchase of meth from Nelson.

The informant was provided with $900 in task force funds and allegedly purchased the meth from Nelson in an alley along Lakeland Drive Southeast.
