Driver in fatal crash identified
WILLMAR - The name of the driver who died in a crash early Saturday morning north of Willmar has been released.

The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office identified him as Ronald Lawrence Rieck, 40, of Litchfield.
Rieck's car was spotted around 2 a.m. Saturday in King Lake. The vehicle was submerged upside down in the water. After attempting a rescue, authorities determined that Rieck died from injuries sustained in the crash.
The accident is under investigation by the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office.
