WILLMAR -- Dunn Bros., located in North American State, 2800 First St. S., in Willmar announced the store has upgraded the sandwich preparation area, added more ovens and is making all of their breads and pastries fresh throughout the day.
The meats and cheeses used in their sandwiches, salads and other items are Boar's Head products and are sliced fresh every day. Tomatoes and other vegetables are roasted on-site. Pizza crust is baked fresh on-site.
Each sandwich has 3.5 ounces of meat and 1 ounce of cheese. None of their food is cooked by microwave as that would compromise the professional quality product Dunn Bros. is striving to produce, according to an announcement.
The goal is to produce quality food to match the coffee. All changes have been overseen and staff training provided by Prof. Culinologist Andre Revella.
