Editorial: Ward 1 - Re-elect Denis Anderson

Incumbent Denis Anderson is running unopposed in Ward 1 for the Willmar City Council.

He has earned re-election to the Willmar City Council.

Anderson has served well during his term. A businessman of 41 years, he has served on the City Council for 10 years.

He cares about the city, and has a proactive and positive approach to city governance. He knows when to listen to citizens, when to lead and when to make decisions.

Anderson understands the importance of fiscal responsibility as well as economic development. He seeks to address problems by finding solutions and consensus.

Most importantly, he conducts himself in a calm and constructive manner at City Council meetings.

The West Central Tribune endorses Anderson for re- election from Ward 1 to the Willmar City Council.
