Rice Care Center marked what would have been Elvis Presley's 75th birthday Friday with a rock and roll party, complete with dancing and Elvis impersonator Tony Farley, of Ham Lake. Farley is the son-in-law of Jim Fluck of Willmar, who is a resident at Rice Care Center.
