Employment law update June 4-5
GRANITE FALLS — An employer seminar, “FMLA and more: An Employment Law Update,” will be noon to 4 p.m. June 4 at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall with ITV sites in Granite Falls, Redwood Falls, Worthington and Pipestone.
A second presentation will be 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 5 at the Kandiyohi County Health and Human Services Building in Willmar.
Pamela Harris, attorney with Martin & Squires, P.A., will update the Family Medical Leave Act and how FMLA, Americans with Disabilities Act and Workers’ Compensation may all overlap.
