He had been on the run since walking away in February from the Prairie Lakes Detention Center, where he was serving his sentence.

A warrant was issued for his arrest. Kandiyohi County sheriff's deputies and the CEE-VI gang task force apprehended him Tuesday afternoon at a home near New London and brought him back to Prairie Lakes Detention Center, where he's being held in the secure unit until his court appearance.
