Sheyla Morales, age 10, left, and Nicole Ritter, age 11, make Fascinators, or “hair bling” Thursday at the Willmar Community Center. Fascinators will be available for a donation at the Willmar Area Community Foundation Women’s Fund Tea 5 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Willmar Conference Center. Proceeds help support the Willmar Public School’s Child Guides Program. Child guides and volunteers helped kids make fascinators. Tickets for the tea are available through Sept. 10 by calling 320-235-4380.
