Email

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Federal homeland security agents are at the Sparboe Farms facility in Litchfield as part of a criminal investigation.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Shawn Neudauer says details about the investigation aren't available because it is ongoing. But he says initial reports are that eight people are being held on administrative charges.

Administrative charges are a tool ICE uses to apprehend possible illegal immigrants.
