Forty-six members of the group landed in Sioux Falls on Monday night, after a trip that took them out of Egypt, to Amsterdam, then back home through Minneapolis. The rest of the 90-member group was returning Tuesday afternoon.

Junior Elizabeth Bonnema tells the Argus Leader she's relieved to be back in South Dakota. She says seeing Egypt was a great experience, though the uncertainty of getting a flight out of the troubled country was nerve-wracking. But she says everything turned out OK.

Augustana President Rob Oliver was at the airport to greet the travelers.
