Florence M. 'Toots' Wuollet Oct. 16, 1926 - April 11, 2009
GLENWOOD -- Florence Mildred "Toots" Wuollet, 82, of Glenwood died Saturday at Glenwood Retirement Village.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at All Saint's Chapel at the Glenwood Retirement Village. A private inurnment will be at a later date in the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Glenwood.
She was born Oct. 16, 1926, in Holmes City to John and Caroline (Adams) Logan. She grew up near Willmar where she attended school. Following high school graduation, she attended nursing school in Minneapolis and graduated as a registered nurse.
She married Clifford Wuollet on June 29, 1946. They lived in the Twin Cities. She worked as a nurse. When they retired they moved to Starbuck, then to Glenwood in 1996.
She was a member of the Young at Heart Singers and the Minnewaska Lutheran Home Auxiliary.
She is survived by her children: Harley (and Suzanne) Wuollet of Minneapolis, Curt (and Wendy) Wuollet of Milaca, John (and Michelle) Wuollet of Terrace and Wendy (and James) Zierman of Chaska; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and siblings: Linda Will of Oregon and Lester Logan of Anoka.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1998.
