Former Minn. trooper pleads to careless driving in DWI case
DULUTH (AP) — A former Minnesota State Patrol trooper accused of driving drunk on his way to a training session in Duluth has pleaded guilty to careless driving.
The drunken driving charge has been dismissed by the city attorney. St. Louis County Judge Richard Jessen stayed a 90-day jail term for Nick Morse and placed him on 14 months of probation.
