BENSON -- Frances Marie Quick, 87, of Benson, died Sunday at the Golden Living Center-Meadow Lane Healthcare Center in Benson.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Francis Catholic Church in Benson. Burial will be in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the church, with a parish prayer service at 5 p.m., and one hour prior to the service Wednesday. Arrangements are by Zniewski Funeral Home in Benson.

She was born March 10, 1921, in Big Stone City, S.D., to Gilbert and Elizabeth (Ahartz) Wolf. She grew up and attended school in South Dakota.

She married Leo Quick. She was a housewife and worked as a secretary for Midwest Wine Co.

She is survived by her children: Doug (and Karen) Quick of Lakeville, Pat (and Tom) McGeary of Benson, Jim (and Scheila) Quick of Lino Lakes, Mary (and Rick) Faiman of Shoreview, and Carol (and Joe) Nash of Little Canada; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 2000; one brother; and one sister.
