Frances R. Weseman July 18, 1928 - April 12, 2009
GROVE CITY -- Frances Renita Weseman, 80, of Grove City died Sunday at the Emmanuel Home in Litchfield.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Litchfield. Burial will be in Lake Ripley Cemetery in Litchfield.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are by Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield.
She was born July 18, 1928, in Brown County to John and Rose (Jukulen) Eckles. She graduated from St. James High School in 1945.
He married Marvin Weseman on Dec. 14, 1947, in Godahl. They lived Ceylon before moving to Grove City in 1961 where she was a nurses aide at Bethany Homes in Litchfield for 12 years. She was a member of the Immanual Lutheran Church in Grove City for many years and later became a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Litchfield. She was a member of the Grove City Sunshine Club. She was a resident of the Emmanuel Home for seven years.
She is survived by her husband; son: David (and Valorie) Weseman of Grove City; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters: Inga (and Merton) Iliff of Zimmerman, Abbie (and Bob) Larsen of Fredric, Wis., and Judy (and Dave) Neff of Bradenton, Fla.
She is preceded in death by a daughter: Debbie.
