Gertsema -- Johnson
Sara Gertsema and Dave Johnson, both of Duluth, are engaged to be married July 21 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Duluth.
Gertsema is the daughter of Rick and Carrie Gertsema of Duluth.
She is a 2005 graduate of Duluth East High School and a 2009 graduate of Concordia College with a degree in elementary education.
She is employed by Winterquist Elementary School in Esko as a sixth-grade teacher.
Johnson is the son of Mike and Kay Johnson of Willmar.
He is a 2005 graduate of Willmar Senior High School, a 2010 graduate of North Dakota State University in Fargo with a degree in civil engineering and a 2011 graduate of the University of Minnesota with a master's degree in civil engineering.
He is employed by Lake Superior Consulting in Duluth as a civil engineer.
