Girls Basketball: Hancock dumps CMCS
PRINSBURG -- Twenty points apiece from Bree Holleman and Kendra Schmidgall helped Hancock win its seventh straight as the Owls tripped up Central Minnesota Christian 63-43 Thursday in a non-conference girls basketball game.
Torrid shooting in the first half allowed Hancock (11-2) to bring a comfortable 35-20 lead into halftime. The Owls shot just over 40 percent from three-point range with Schmidgall sinking three of the team's seven treys.
