Girls Basketball: Litch drubs Watertown-Mayer

LITCHFIELD -- The Litchfield Dragons girls basketball team popped in six 3-pointers but still couldn't stay with Watertown-Mayer and fell to the Royals 55-44 on Friday in Wright County basketball.

Jamie Wollin gunned in 18 points, Courtney Euerle 10 and Shelbie Walsh eight. Wollin and Walsh both hit a pair of 3s.

Marissa Janning scored 19 and Amanda Lynch 16 to lead the Royals.
