CLARA CITY -- The MACCRAY girls basketball team won its ninth straight game Tuesday by upending Central Minnesota Christian 45-32 in a Camden North Conference contest.

MACCRAY (8-1, 11-2) enjoyed the lead for majority of the game and limited CMCS (7-3, 8-5) to just 14 field goals. Teagan Molden with 13 points was the only player for MACCRAY to score in double figures.

CMCS also had just one player score more than 10 points as Rachelle Marcus finished with 11.

Britta Diem's 17 points paced the Fighting Saints, followed by 11 from Ali Clark.

The KMS defense held RCW to nine points in the first half.

Tina Hoffman pulled down nine rebounds and scored seven points to lead the Jaguars.

Buffalo Lake-Hector rolled by the visiting Rabbits, who shot poorly in the Buffalo Lake gym.

While the Mustangs shot 45 percent (26 of 58), Wabasso was just 10 of 56 (18 percent) from the field and 9 of 23 at the line.

Nicole Horstman hit for 16 points for the Mustangs (6-2, 13-3) and Karlee Ilgen scored 14 points and nabbed 12 rebounds. Maija Mikkola added 11 rebounds in a 51-24 BLH advantage.
