Girls basketball: Morris/CA topples Knights
MORRIS — Katie Holzheimer scored 16 points and Becca Holland 14 more to power Morris/Chokio-Alberta to a 62-42 victory over West Central Area of Barrett on Monday evening.
The Tigers led just 30-29 at half put pulled away with a 32 point outburst in the second half.
Holly VanKempen led the Knights with 14 points.
Tracy Meichsner was the MCA chairman of the board with 9 rebounds.
