RENVILLE -- A balanced attack allowed Renville County West to overcome an injury to its leading scorer as the Jaguars upended Russell-Tyler-Ruthton 52-48 in overtime Tuesday between the North and South leaders of the Camden Conference.

Megan Groen, also the area's leading scorer, played seven minutes before injuring her right ankle going through the lane for a layup. RCW coach Dale Negen said Groen could return to the lineup next week.

RCW, which was 4-for-6 at the free-throw line down the stretch, had Kortney Mulder score 10 points and Amanda Schultz, Kelsey Brink and Rachel Paradee add nine more apiece. Paradee also hooked 13 rebounds.

MACCRAY snapped a four-game losing streak, led by Ashley Beseman's double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds and 13 points apiece by Dana Rhoda and Annie Winter. Beseman also blocked five shots. Alisha Schuerman added 10 points for MACCRAY.
