Girls Basketball Roundup: No. 1 Minneota roughs up Dawson-Boyd to stay unbeaten

MINNEOTA — The unbeaten, No. 1 ranked (Class A) Vikings asserted their  supremacy in the Camden Conference, now at 10-0, bashing Dawson-Boyd 73-33 on Friday.

Minneota led 38-27 at half then outscored the visiting Blackjacks (8-3, 10-3) 35-6 in the second half.

Junior Taylor Reiss led the blizzard with 24 points and 14 rebounds. Emily Stienessen sank four 3-pointers.

Justin Lee with 15 points led the Blackjacks.
