However, BOLD (6-3, 11-7) didn't lose any ground in the conference race as first-place Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City (6-2, 10-9) also lost to Morris/Chokio-Alberta on Friday. ACGC's lead over the Warriors remains at half-a-game.

BOLD was ahead majority of the game and was up four with three minutes left before Scheffler ignited the Sting's comeback. Scheffler capped the game's scoring by making a basket down low with 1:43 remaining to break a 48-48 tie.

Scheffler finished with a game-high 15 points, while Emily Baker and Courtney Hinz each made 14 more for YME (5-4, 11-8).

Baylie Kubesh and Carly Sigurdson scored 12 points each and Brittney Haugen another 10 for BOLD.
