The Cardinals outrebounded GSL 48-28.

“Kalley just dominated the boards,” Willmar head coach Dustin Carlson said. “Rebounding was probably our biggest advantage.”

Jordan Martins was next with 11 points and 5 assists, followed by Courtney Magnuson with 8 points and Kaitlynn Kienholz with 7 points and 6 rebounds.

“We actually played really well tonight,” Carlson said. “We made some adjustments with some passes that we’d been lacking the past few games and had some girls really step up.”

Willmar next plays 4:30 p.m. Saturday at home against Fergus Falls.
