Girls tennis: NLS wins 2 at triangular

NEW LONDON -- New London-Spicer defeated Benson and Becker, both by 5-2 scores, in a triangular meet on Tuesday.

The Wildcats' 1-singles player Lisa Dobbelaere won twice and the doubles teams of Reiley Ness and Louise Lungstrom and Kendra Gronseth and Kylie Soine also swept their matches.

Benson fell to Becker 7-0 in the triangular's other match.

Benson's 2-singles player Maggie Buyck and 3-singles player Bridget Auch won matches against NLS.
