Glencoe man hurt in one-vehicle rollover

DARWIN -- A 27-year-old Glencoe man was airlifted to North Memorial Medical Center for treatment of injuries sustained in a one-vehicle crash around 3:50 p.m. Tuesday on 198th Street and County Road 9, south of Darwin.

According to Meeker County Sheriff Mike Hirman, Jonathan Michael Reinitz called 911 to report that he had just rolled his vehicle and had been ejected. Reinitz stated that he had reached down to pick something up when he hit a curve, hit a field approach and was ejected from the vehicle.

He was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital and then airlifted to North Memorial. The accident is under investigation by the sheriff's office.
